Revlon Cherry Berry and Grape Shimmer

Revlon Cherry Berry is a pretty, slightly muted blue toned red/berry creme. The formula on Revlon's reds are usually 1 - 2 coaters, this one included. The colour is flattering on my skin, and the formula is easy to work with. Not an uncommon colour at all so not crazy about it. I tried adding a coat of an old Revlon Glimmer Gloss in Grape Shimmer to see what it looks like on the nail. It does add a beautiful shine to the nail, and a small amount of purple and blue shimmer. The shimmer is very tiny flakes, and has a subtle effect.

OPI Red my Fortune Cookie with LA Girl Glitter Addict Uninhibited

This was so fun to wear, just one coat of OPI Red my Fortune Cookie and one coat of LA Girl Glitter Addict Uninhibited. Black glitter is so gorgeous :) it looks great over any colour, I wear it all the time, even though the removal process can be a little daunting. The OPI is from the Hong Kong collection, a bright tomato red that leans slightly orange. It has no shimmer, just a plain creme. I would love to find a super bright opaque lipstick in this colour.

China Glaze CG in the City over OPI The Show Must Go On

Above is one coat of China Glaze CG in the City over 2 coats of OPI The Show Must Go On, the CG works great as a top coat. I thought I'd start trying out things to wear for halloween :) The Show Must Go On is a great polish and I've worn it many times, which is special for someone with a lot of nail polish. Though I don't have as many as some of you lucky ones :) It's from last year's OPI Burlesque Collection which is my all time favourite collection so far, and I loved the movie.
Here it is on it's own -

The duochrome is preddy >.< I love it
I tried two coats of the CG and it still looked pretty similar, but it lost the duochrome peeping through so I think one coat is good :)

OPI Glam Slam! U.S.

This is the new duo of Serena Williams Glam Slam series, U.S. Pros and Bronze and Love is a Racket
These two are amazing!

Pros and Bronze

This is a layering polish, meant to be layered over Love is a Racket, but looks beautiful on it's own. This is 4 coats, and needs quite a while to dry. It has a strong bronze gold duochrome that almost looks peachy pink and golden yellow. Looks amazing in the light!

Love is a Racket

This is my favourite, a super bright red with pink tones. Looks like a very ripe tomato with a little bit of hot pink :) Formula is great, looks jellyish at one coat and opaque at two. Drys well and lasts too.You could wear it at one coat if you like it a bit see through as it evens out well. The shimmer flakes are bigger than the OPI Burlesque shimmers.

Pros and Bronze over Love is a Racket

And together it makes a beautiful red with gold/bronze duochrome, very shimmery and stunning. This is one coat Pros and Bronze over 2 coats Love is a Racket. I love this set :) I really can't think of any complaints :) perfect! I would love to try Pros and Bronze layered over other colours too - any ideas?

OPI Designer Series Reflection

Another OPI Designer Series nail polish. The holographic sparkles are gorgeous once again :) Typical great DS formula, needs either one thickish coat or 2 thin coats, goes on very smoothly. I love how they spread so easily and dry so quickly. This also lasts well, it is a good go-to red. I haven't met a DS I don't like :) 'nuff said!

OPI Cajun Shrimp and L.A. Girl Glitter Addict Celebrate

OPI Cajun Shrimp is really bright, great formula with only 1 - 2 coats needed, and is glossy without top coat :) a great go - to red, and a bit more casual than the darker reds. I have never seen a shrimp this colour though!

I added one coat of L.A. Girl Glitter Addict Celebrate to see what this glitter was like and it is really cute :) I want to try layering it on its own, it seems dense enough. I like the big hexagons ^^
